Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major commercial construction projects in Sydney. You will provide leadership, oversee programming, budgeting, risk and compliance, and drive delivery on time and to a high standard.

With 10+ years of Tier 1/2 experience and a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, you will manage client and contractor relationships, lead project teams, and ensure safe, profitable outcomes across complex sites.

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major commercial construction projects. The role is responsible for providing strong leadership, commercial oversight and operational expertise to deliver projects safely, profitably, on time and to a high standard.

You will lead the project team and oversee all aspects of delivery, including site operations, programming, commercial performance, stakeholder management, risk and compliance.

About You

You will be an experienced construction professional with:

• 10+ years' experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial construction.


• Proven experience delivering projects valued at $20M+.


• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
