Our client is a national firm whose construction team advises principals, contractors, subcontractors and major consultants on significant construction and development projects. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Senior Construction Lawyer with 6+ years' PAE to join the Sydney team, working across both front-end advisory and back-end disputes.

About the role

You will advise from project set-up through to dispute resolution, so you see a matter through its full life. You will:

• Draft and negotiate construction, procurement and development contracts
• Advise on project delivery, variations, delay and risk allocation
• Manage construction disputes from first advice through to resolution
• Guide and mentor junior lawyers
