Job summary

Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd is assisting a leading national law firm in Sydney CBD to hire a Projects & Construction Lawyer or Associate with 2–3 PAE for front-end transactional work.

You will draft and negotiate construction agreements, support procurement, and advise developer clients through the life of a project while working closely with a senior Partner to handle complex matters and build deep front-end expertise.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' post admission experience.
• Current Australian practising certificate.
• Experience in a mid or top tier firm.
• Exposure to construction or projects work, front end preferred.
• Strong drafting skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating construction agreements.
• Supporting procurement processes and project delivery models.
• Advising developer clients through the life of a project.
• Working directly with the Partner on more complex matters.
• Building genuine specialist depth in front-end construction.

Our client is a leading national law firm with a projects and construction team acting for industry leading developer clients. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Lawyer or Associate to join the Sydney team on predominantly front-end transactional construction work.
