• Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Commercial judgement and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate construction, procurement and development contracts.
• Advise on project delivery, variations, delay and risk allocation.
• Manage construction disputes from first advice through to resolution.
• Guide and mentor junior lawyers.
