Job summary

Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a construction lawyer for a permanent, full-time role. You will work across the life of a construction project, drafting contracts and advising clients on rights and obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

You will gain structured mentoring from recognised partners and assist on disputes, from early notices through to resolution, while collaborating across construction, property and commercial matters.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years' PAE
• Admission to practise in Australia with a current practising certificate
• Construction law experience on the front end, back end, or both
• Strong drafting skills and a collaborative approach

Responsibilities

• Draft and review construction contracts and related documents
• Advise clients on rights and obligations during projects
• Assist on construction disputes from early notices through to resolution
• Support partners on high-profile matters
• Work across construction, property and commercial issues as they arise
