• Experience conducting complex compliance reviews and investigations.
• Knowledge of consumer law and regulatory frameworks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct inquiries, investigations and compliance monitoring.
• Prepare reports and briefs of evidence for legal proceedings.
• Manage case load and collaborate across agencies or CAV-wide.
• Provide information to traders, consumers and stakeholders on rights and obligations.
• Identify emerging risks and contribute to enforcement recommendations.
• Liaise with branches of CAV and other departments to exchange information.
