The Victorian Government is seeking a Senior Investigator within the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing to lead complex workplace, integrity and reportable conduct investigations.

Reporting to the Manager, Investigations Team, you will prepare documentation, gather evidence, write high quality reports, and manage key stakeholder relationships across the Department, driving continual improvement in investigations. Flexible work options are encouraged.

Aufgaben

• Conduct sensitive misconduct, fraud and corruption, reportable conduct and other integrity investigations and reviews within tight timeframes, under supervision.
• Negotiate with senior stakeholders and peers to resolve issues and promote continual service improvement.
• Convey advice with a high degree of sensitivity, in verbal and written form, with risk analysis.
