You will lead investigations, provide guidance to staff, and contribute to strategic initiatives while working across teams to identify non-compliance and improve outcomes for Victorians and businesses.

Qualificações

• Relevant investigative and enforcement experience is required, including briefs of evidence.
• Strong compliance background is highly regarded.
• Current Driver's Licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and conduct investigations and monitoring activities under the relevant legislation.
• Prepare reports and briefs of evidence for criminal, civil and tribunal matters.
• Provide specialist technical advice on complex cases and support team managers.
• Mentor and train other investigators to progress investigations and knowledge.
• Inform traders, community groups, and consumers about rights and obligations under the legislation.
• Develop and review investigation plans and conduct regular case reviews.
• Identify emerging issues and recommend best practice.
