Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club is seeking a Senior Community Operations Manager to lead our core delivery areas at our Brighton base. You will direct Football, Disability, Education and Community Wellbeing programmes, and line-manage the heads of each delivery area.

The role requires strong budget management, strategic planning, and a passion for community impact within 136 Freshfield Road offices. The 6-month fixed term contract offers a salary of £46,000 per annum and on-site working.

• Line management of department heads within the delivery areas.
