Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Centre Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experience at our facility. You will be responsible for operational, financial and program deliverables, and for the team and local community.

This is a year‑round position with opportunities to shape the service proposition. You will drive budgeted targets, maintain council partnerships, and foster a high-performance, community-minded culture through visible leadership, while ensuring staff are

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a leisure or aquatic facility.
• Strong communication with ability to influence and negotiate.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Experience in planning and executing operational, financial and people plans.
• Demonstrated leadership with community-focused approach.
• Valid National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Legal right to work in Australia and CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Pool Lifeguard and Pool Operations certificates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted performance targets for the centre.
• Maintain a high value relationship with our council partner.
• Implement a high value customer service proposition for clients.
• Lead a high performance, community-minded culture with hands-on leadership.
• Train staff to ensure knowledge and capabilities meet objectives.
• Maintain facilities to contracted standards.
