Job summary

Hypha Recruit in Brighton is seeking an Operations Consultant to own the contract operations, compliance and wider business support. The role coordinates onboarding, DBS and right-to-work checks, and keeps contractor records up to date, while collaborating with consultants, candidates and clients to keep processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a front-office or commercially focused environment.
• Experience in recruitment operations, compliance or administration would be particularly relevant.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a sociable, front‑office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor onboarding and compliance processes.
• Complete DBS and right-to-work checks.
• Ensure documentation and checks are completed accurately.
• Coordinate with consultants, candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate contractor records and admin.
• Support extensions, renewals and ongoing administration.
• Improve internal processes as the contract division grows.
• Support wider office and business operations.
