WeWork Australia is seeking a Community Lead to become the heart of our community in our on-site buildings. You will ensure hospitality excellence, lead a diverse member base, and drive business performance through high-touch engagement and strong operational standards.

You will work five days a week on-site, partner with Leasing, use data to inform decisions, and uphold global health and safety standards while delivering a premium member experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in hospitality, multi-unit retail or related environment.
• Proactive problem-solver with entrepreneurial mindset and change readiness.
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders from entrepreneurs to Enterprise executives.
• Experience using data to inform decisions and enhance member satisfaction.

• Lead on-site operations, ensuring service requests and move-ins are executed smoothly.
