Qualifications

• 4-6+ years' post-admission experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Experience acting for corporate clients, financiers, insurers or other commercial clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation and dispute resolution matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct court appearances, hearings and enforcement proceedings.
• Advise on commercial disputes, debt recovery and insolvency issues.
• Mentor junior lawyers and support staff; contribute to business development.
• Develop strong client relationships and provide practical legal advice.
