Job summary

Wolf & Williams is seeking a Senior Associate in disputes and investigations to advise clients on regulatory inquiries, privacy matters, technology disputes and crisis response. You will work closely with experienced practitioners, manage complex matters from inception through resolution, and develop strong client relationships across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• This role requires a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience across commercial litigation, regulatory matters, investigations and/or insurance-related disputes.
• Experience managing complex matters and maintaining direct client relationships.
• Interest in privacy, technology, cyber risk or regulatory compliance.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent drafting and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex commercial, regulatory and investigations matters from inception through to resolution.
• Advising clients on privacy, data governance and emerging technology disputes.
• Assisting organisations responding to regulatory inquiries, investigations and enforcement action.
• Handling professional indemnity, commercial and technology-related disputes.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships across sectors.
• Providing commercially focused risk management and dispute resolution guidance.
