Wolf & Williams in Sydney seeks a senior Corporate Lawyer to advise on cross-border and domestic M&A, private equity, and capital-raising engagements. You will work closely with business owners, investors and boards, leading transactions and mentoring junior lawyers in a collaborative, flexible environment.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, governance and client relationship management, with opportunities for business development and practice growth within a modern, growing firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' PAE in Corporate, M&A and transactional matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills.
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated business development capability.

Responsabilités

• Advise on M&A, business acquisitions and disposals.
• Assist with private equity, venture capital and capital raising matters.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including share sale and shareholder agreements.
• Advise on corporate structuring, governance and strategic business initiatives.
• Lead transactions from due diligence through to completion.
• Mentor and support junior lawyers.
• Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives.
