Wolf & Williams seeks an Employment Lawyer to service a diverse client base with strategic, commercially focused guidance across the employment lifecycle. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and direct client engagement, with meaningful responsibility from day one.

You will advise on complex matters, build client relationships with senior stakeholders, and contribute to the growing employment practice within a supportive, collaborative firm.

Formación

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in employment and workplace relations law.
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of employment matters.
• Experience advising on complex and sensitive workplace issues.
• Commercial and strategic approach to legal problem-solving.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and generate repeat work.
• Excellent communication, drafting and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and ownership-driven approach to practice.

Responsabilidades

• Advising clients across the full spectrum of employment and workplace relations law, from recruitment and workforce management through to termination and post-employment issues.
• Managing complex and sensitive employment matters with minimal supervision.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Providing strategic and commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.
• Supporting client acquisition initiatives and contributing to the growth of the employment practice.
• Identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the broader firm to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the team and broader business.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members where required.
