Job summary

Randstad is recruiting a Project Manager for commercial fit-out projects based in Mascot, NSW. The role oversees multiple live sites from the Sydney office, delivering projects ranging from $500K to $5M AUD with a focus on on-time handovers, safety, and client satisfaction.

You will lead site teams, ensure budget adherence, and coordinate with Contracts Administrators and subcontractors while maintaining strong relationships with major clients and stakeholders across NSW and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued at $2M+ (commercial fit background essential).
• Strong experience in busy, live environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of commercial and fit-out projects ($500K - $5M).
• Lead, coordinate, and manage site teams, Contracts Administrators, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project finances, budget tracking, and regular financial reporting.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Drive site setup through to final handover and client sign-off.
• Maintain strong, transparent relationships with clients, subbies, and key stakeholders.
