You will grow Funds Under Management by delivering tailored commercial finance solutions that help business owners launch, acquire, scale, and manage operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new-to-bank acquisition and leveraging broker networks for growth.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales and revenue targets—measured by FUM and cross-sell delivery.
• Customer-focused with the ability to understand client drivers and manage end-to-end onboarding.
• Strong governance of credit and operational risk and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable long-term client relationships and expand a high-value commercial portfolio.
• Deliver structured, value-added lending and cash flow solutions by conducting in-depth financial analysis and identifying business insights while managing risk.
• Partner effectively with product specialists and broader banking divisions to deliver unified solutions that support client growth.
• Act as a senior mentor within the team, coaching colleagues to engage and inspire performance.
• Establish an active local market network to generate new business pipelines and expand wallet share.
