Job summary
ReGen Strategic is seeking a Senior Consultant, Climate & Sustainability to join our West Perth team in a full-time role. You will identify climate risks and opportunities, run workshops with senior stakeholders, and integrate climate considerations into risk management and governance.
The role focuses on climate reporting frameworks, scenario analyses, and developing transition and reduction plans while supporting business development and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience in climate and sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., TCFD, SBTi)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to run workshops with senior stakeholders
- Consulting experience and business development capability
Responsibilities
- Determine material climate risks and opportunities
- Facilitate workshops that bring senior stakeholders along on the climate journey
- Conduct climate scenario analyses and climate change risk assessments
- Embed climate considerations into risk management and governance
- Support clients with climate data, reporting and disclosure obligations
- Develop and implement Climate Transition Plans and Emission Reduction Plans
- Contribute to business development and proposal writing
