Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our Perth team, working on major infrastructure programs and city-shaping projects. You will lead across all aspects of sustainability consultancy, from bids to delivery, and collaborate with a national team.

You will apply expertise in decarbonisation, climate resilience, energy and water modelling, and guide project strategies while ensuring outcomes meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ industry experience as a Sustainability Consultant or similar role.
• Experience with best practice certification schemes such as ISC IS ratings and Green Star.
• Demonstrated project leadership on small to medium sustainability projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on sustainability outcomes using IS Ratings and Green Star tools.
• Leading multi-disciplinary coordination to ensure sustainability integration in design.
• Delivering technical sustainability assessments including climate change and resilience.
• Managing deliverables for medium and large projects.
• Developing and mentoring the Perth team to achieve high-performance outcomes.
• Guiding project planning, budgeting and controls.
• Building and maintaining client relationships and leading meetings.
