Job summary

ReGen Strategic is seeking a Senior Consultant, Climate & Sustainability to join our West Perth team in a full-time role. You will identify climate risks and opportunities, run workshops with senior stakeholders, and integrate climate considerations into risk management and governance.

The role focuses on climate reporting frameworks, scenario analyses, and developing transition and reduction plans while supporting business development and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in climate and sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., TCFD, SBTi)

Senior Consultant, Climate & Sustainability

$120,000 – $150,000 per year + bonus + commission

We do this by offering strategic and technical expertise as well as hands‑on implementation and support. Australia's mandatory climate reporting regime is reshaping how our clients plan, govern and disclose, and we're growing our climate change capability to meet that demand.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Climate & Sustainability to join our growing team at our West Perth office on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role that sits at the heart of our ESG and Sustainability consulting practice. This position will engage directly with clients and their stakeholders to identify and advance climate objectives, determine material climate risks and opportunities, and facilitate workshops that bring senior stakeholders along on that journey.

About you

• A degree in environmental science, sustainability, climate change or a related discipline
• Demonstrable experience in climate and sustainability reporting, including frameworks such as AASB S2, TCFD and SBTi
• Demonstrable experience in climate scenario analyses, climate change risk assessments and stakeholder workshops
• Some experience in a consulting environment, with strong business development capabilities
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders at all levels
• Self-motivated professional who brings established skills and credibility
