Gallagher is seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Officer to join our Robina, Gold Coast team. You will support Financial Advisors, manage client inquiries, onboarding, and documentation to protect and grow client wealth.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, maintaining confidential records, and collaborating with the Advice team to implement new business and ongoing client support. A pathway for growth and mentoring is highlighted.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in paraplanning, client services or an associate role within a financial planning practice.
• Specific and current knowledge of superannuation, investment and insurance advice
• Completed or studying Financial Services (Financial Planning) desirable, but not essential.
• Working knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance
• In-depth knowledge of claims processes
• Experience using Xplan is desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite & Adobe Pro
• A high level of client service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Aufgaben

• Act as primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requests.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and external providers through timely, proactive and professional communication.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering required documentation.
• Assist with preparing advice implementation documentation for SoAs and Advice File Note (AFN) production as required
• Attend client meetings, take minutes and complete action items when required
• Action and prepare client paperwork and reports with a high level of accuracy
• Document and maintain client records in accordance with compliance obligations, and provide administrative assistance where required
• Identify future client opportunities and discuss with relevant stakeholders
