You will use advanced planning tools and work autonomously within a forward‑thinking team to influence clients’ long‑term financial security.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser with a strong track record.
• Proven ability to develop tailored financial strategies and build trust with clients.
• Qualified adviser, listed on ASIC Financial Advisers Register, with relevant tertiary qualifications
• Well‑versed in regulatory environments, compliance, and industry best practices
• Experience with financial planning software (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to mentor junior team members and support their development

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client reviews and develop personalised advice aligned with client goals
• Manage and grow a pipeline by nurturing existing relationships and prospecting new clients
• Drive conversion of prospects into long‑term, fee‑paying clients through strategic engagement
• Support and mentor Financial Planning Assistants and/or associates to uphold quality standards
• Ensure all client documentation and compliance requirements are met precisely and promptly
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in advice quality and client service delivery
