Job summary

Bentley Recruitment is seeking a capable financial planning support professional on the Gold Coast to join a high performing advice team. You will manage client service delivery, prepare documentation, maintain workflow accuracy, and assist advisers with strategy development.

This role offers exposure to the full advice process and is ideal for progression into paraplanning, a PY pathway, or a senior support position, with ongoing training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services within financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of Xplan and advice workflows.
• Progress toward relevant financial planning qualifications.
• Exposure to holistic advice and complex client structures is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service delivery from review preparation through to implementation.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate workflows, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Support advisers and assist with strategy development.
• Maintain accurate client records and compliance processes in Xplan.
• Collaborate with advisers and paraplanners to ensure timely delivery.
