Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Officer to support the personal and business risk insurance team in Avalon, Sydney. You will work with associates and the offshore services team to deliver high-quality administrative and client service support, ensuring compliance and a smooth insurance process.

The role involves assisting Advisers with onboarding, renewals and claims administration while building relationships with clients and insurers in a global organisation.

Formación

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in client services role within a financial planning practice or insurance industry.
• Specific and current knowledge of personal insurance requirements and standards.
• Working knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance.
• Experience using Xplan is desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite & Adobe Pro.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requests.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and external providers through timely, proactive and professional communication.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering required documentation.
• Coordinate the insurance renewal process including booking meetings and generating schedules and supporting documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Liaise with insurance companies to collect policy information.
• Coordinate work requests with offshore team.
• Assist with insurance claims by preparing claim documentation and following up outstanding requirements.
• Maintain client records with accurate and timely information and in accordance with AFSL and regulatory obligations.
