Job summary

The Andersen Partnership on the Gold Coast seeks a Senior Client Manager to lead a dedicated client portfolio and coach a small team. You will drive strategic client relationships, deliver high-value advisory work, and oversee tax planning and compliance.

In a growth-focused culture, you’ll receive mentoring from the Firm Director and work with modern cloud-based systems (Xero and QuickBooks). Flexible perks include occasional remote work and RDO opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in Public Practice accounting.
• Proven capability to train junior staff and perform rigorous reviews on financial statements, tax returns, BAS, tax planning, and advisory reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship & strategy management: act as primary contact for new/existing clients, lead consultations, identify objectives, and provide strategic tax planning and advisory services.
• Team leadership & workflow quality: allocate and monitor workloads, review complex work with emphasis on quality and accuracy, mentor junior accountants.
• Technical tax & advisory delivery: oversee top-tier business advisory reports including cashflow projections and forecasting, ensuring accuracy across tax/compliance.
