Job summary

Geyer Valmont is seeking a Client Engagement Leader to drive new business and strengthen client relationships across NSW. You will own relationships from first enquiry to project delivery, coordinating tenders and RFPs with design and estimating teams, and shaping strategy for NSW growth.

The role suits a Senior Interior Designer with strong engagement skills or an experienced business developer with a passion for workplace and commercial interiors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture or equivalent is highly desirable.
• 5+ years in business development, client engagement, or related roles.
• Proven ability identifying and converting opportunities.
• Commercially minded with strong relationship-building ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management.
• Strategic negotiation skills; capable with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and grow referrals.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business to meet sales targets.
• Be the client's day-to-day contact from enquiry to project delivery.
• Oversee Tender, EOI and RFP submissions with design and estimating teams.
• Present confidently to clients and prospects and represent the firm at events.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM, reporting activity and forecasts.
• Contribute to strategic sales and marketing planning and business development.
