Job summary

McArthur is seeking an experienced Senior Client Coordinator to lead the Client Services team in delivering high-quality in-home care. You will supervise a small team, coordinate referrals, roster clients and carers, and ensure excellent client and carer experiences.

You will manage priorities in a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration, supported by hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in community care, home care or a similar client-focused environment.
• Experience or demonstrated potential in team leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to problem-solve, manage conflict and provide constructive feedback.
• Good computer literacy and confidence with databases and rostering systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a small team of Client Coordinators and Carer Leads.
• Support team performance, recruitment and professional development.
• Coordinate new client referrals and establish services promptly.
• Match clients with suitable carers based on needs and availability.
• Create and maintain client and carer rosters using rostering software.
• Ensure effective communication between clients, families, carers, case managers and partners.
• Assist with resolution of client and carer enquiries, complaints and concerns.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and team performance.
• Support reporting, oversight and strategic initiatives for the Client Services Manager.
