Job summary

Prestige Inhome Care is seeking a Client Coordinator to support private and government funded clients by rostering care staff and handling daily communications. The role emphasizes strong customer service, calm handling of shifting priorities, and flexible scheduling within a supportive team.

You’ll build relationships with clients and staff, manage calls and emails, and respond promptly to changes to ensure continuity of care. The position is part-time with potential hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with administrative tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• The ability to confidently work across multiple computer systems.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise.
• A logical approach.
• Experience in or knowledge of the Support at Home and/or NDIS programs is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rosters for care staff to meet client needs.
• Manage incoming calls and emails with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
• Respond quickly to last-minute changes to ensure continuity of care.
• Build relationships with clients and care staff through welfare calls and clear communication.
