Job summary

Prestige Inhome Care is seeking a Client Coordinator to support private and government funded clients by rostering care staff and ensuring timely, accurate service delivery.

Based in Bondi Junction with a hybrid working model after training, the role focuses on customer service, relationship building, and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment to guarantee high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Customer service and administration experience in services industry.
• Experience rostering or scheduling highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone manner.
• Ability to work across multiple computer systems.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise.
• Experience in or knowledge of Support at Home/NDIS is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Rostering of care staff to meet client needs and ensure continuity of care.
• Manage incoming calls and emails with a service-focused approach.
• Coordinate rosters and respond quickly to last-minute changes.
• Build strong relationships with clients and care staff through welfare calls.
• Proactive problem-solving to grow client hours and satisfaction.
