Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced Program Test Manager for the Claims Transformation Program in Geelong, Victoria. This role leads testing across multiple streams, defines strategies, and ensures governance and quality across the program lifecycle.

The position requires 10+ years of experience in program-level testing and strong stakeholder engagement. You will coordinate testing across platforms and vendors, and drive readiness for UAT and production releases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Manager leading testing functions for large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong experience developing and executing enterprise-level testing strategies and plans.
• Experience managing System Testing, SIT, UAT, End-to-End Testing, and Release Testing.
• Extensive experience in complex application and integration landscapes.
• Experience coordinating testing across multiple vendors and delivery partners.
• Strong governance, reporting, QA, and risk management skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Executive-level reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the program test strategy and integrated plan.
• Establish testing operating model, governance, and quality processes.
• Define testing scope, objectives, schedules, resources, environments, and dependencies.
• Coordinate test environment and test data management activities.
• Lead end-to-end testing across multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
• Oversee defect management and resolution processes.
• Provide regular status reporting to program leadership.
• Support UAT readiness activities.
• Coordinate non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility).
• Coordinate release readiness and go-live support.
