Job summary

City of Boroondara is seeking a hands-on Test Analyst to support a major transformation program (PPP). You will design and execute functional, process-flow and end-to-end testing across connected SaaS, ERP and regulatory systems.

You will translate requirements into test scenarios, manage evidence and support UAT and defect triage with stakeholders to ensure readiness for production release.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and executing functional, process-flow and end-to-end testing.
• Experience testing integrated SaaS, ERP or enterprise systems.
• ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Define realistic test scenarios, outcomes, data and evidence with SMEs.
• Apply risk-based testing priorities across business areas.
• Prepare functional testing materials, test cases and evidence.
• Coordinate testing inputs such as data, environments and roles.
• Support UAT activities, defect triage, retesting and evidence review.
• Execute functional and end-to-end testing across processes and journeys.
• Validate key business processes such as approvals, payments and data outcomes.
• Capture test evidence and manage defects with clear reporting.
• Support informed acceptance decisions with credible evidence on readiness.
