Job summary

CareCone Group in Geelong seeks an experienced Claims Platform Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for a major transformation program featuring a modern cloud-based claims platform and enterprise integrations.

You will own test strategy, manage testing governance, coordinate SIT/E2E/UAT, and align with vendors and internal teams to ensure release readiness and quality across the program.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Claims / Claims Management is essential.
• Proven track record as Test Manager / Program Test Manager on large transformations.
• Strong SIT, integration and end-to-end testing experience.
• Experience with Claims platforms / transformation programs.
• Proficient in test strategy, planning and governance.
• Experience managing UAT and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong defect management and quality risk practices.
• Experience coordinating vendors / SI and implementation partners.
• Experience with release readiness and quality reporting.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the overall test strategy and integrated test plan.
• Establish and manage the program-level testing function and operating model.
• Lead System Testing, SIT, Integration Testing and End-to-End testing.
• Coordinate API/interface testing and complex system integrations.
• Plan and oversee UAT, business validation and stakeholder sign-off.
• Manage testing activities across implementation partners, vendors and internal technology teams.
• Lead defect triage, quality risk assessment and resolution tracking.
• Define and monitor test metrics, quality dashboards, risks and issues for governance.
• Coordinate performance, security, resilience, accessibility and compliance testing.
• Own test exit criteria and release readiness assessments.
• Support Go/No-Go decisions, production verification and post-release quality activities.
