Qualifications

• Proven experience leading testing functions for large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong ability to define and execute enterprise-level testing strategies and plans.
• Experience managing System Testing, SIT, UAT, End-to-End Testing and Release Testing.
• Exposure to complex application and integration landscapes and multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall program test strategy and integrated test plan.
• Establish the testing operating model, governance framework, and quality management processes.
• Define testing scope, objectives, schedules, resources, environments, and dependencies.
• Coordinate test environment and test data management activities.
• Align testing activities with enterprise quality standards and delivery methodologies.
• Lead end-to-end testing across multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
• Manage testing across Platform platforms, enterprise applications, APIs, and integration services.
• Oversee defect management, prioritization, triage, and resolution processes.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test scenarios, and outcomes.
• Provide testing leadership across distributed and multi-vendor delivery teams.
• Facilitate test planning workshops and quality reviews.
• Support business stakeholders during UAT and readiness activities.
