Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a senior leader to head a large, complex claims operation supporting the Victorian WorkCover Scheme. You will drive high-quality outcomes across claims management, return-to-work, customer and compliance, while leading teams across Eligibility, Mobile Case Management, Mental Injury and more.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within the Victorian Workers Compensation Scheme.
• Senior operational leadership in workers compensation or similar regulated environment.
• Experience leading large, complex teams across multiple leadership layers.
• Strong claims management, performance management and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, governance, risk and commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational leadership across the operation, turning strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Drive an outcome-focused culture centred on safe, sustainable return to work and early intervention.
• Meet DXC's obligations as a Victorian WorkCover agent, performing against contractual and scheme requirements.
• Lead, coach and develop the claims leadership team and strengthen succession planning.
• Maintain strong governance over claims quality, compliance and operational risk.
• Build strong relationships with injured workers, employers and scheme stakeholders, including WorkSafe Victoria.
• Lead operational improvement and transformation, leveraging technology and data.
