Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a senior leader to head the Victorian claims operation within the WorkCover scheme. You will drive high-quality claims management, return-to-work outcomes, customer and compliance results, across multiple teams and functions.

You will shape strategy, coach leaders, manage governance and risk, and build strong relationships with workers, employers and WorkSafe Victoria, delivering transformation through data and technology.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Victorian Workers Compensation or similar regulated environment.
• Senior operational leadership experience in large, complex teams.

Job description

Lead a large, complex claims operation supporting the Victorian WorkCover Scheme. As a senior leader within DXC Claims Management Services, you'll drive consistent, high-quality claims management, return-to-work, customer and compliance outcomes.

You'll lead teams across claims management, Eligibility, Mobile Case Management, Mental Injury, Impairment Benefits, Legal, Entitlements, Business Performance and Early Intervention.

What you'll bring

Extensive experience within the Victorian Workers Compensation Scheme

Significant senior operational leadership in workers compensation, personal injury, insurance or a similarly regulated environment

Proven experience leading large, complex teams through multiple leadership layers

Strong claims management, performance management and stakeholder influencing skills

Strong analytical, governance, risk and commercial judgement

Excellent communication skills and experience leading significant organisational change
