DXC Technology Australia & New Zealand is seeking a senior leader to head a large, complex Victorian claims operation under the WorkCover scheme. You will drive outcomes in claims management, return-to-work, and compliance while leading multiple teams and shaping strategy at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within the Victorian Workers Compensation Scheme.
• Significant senior operational leadership in workers compensation or a similarly regulated environment.
• Proven experience leading large, complex teams through multiple leadership layers.
• Strong claims management, performance management and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Strong analytical governance, risk and commercial judgement.
• Excellent communication skills and experience leading significant organisational change.

Description du poste

Lead a large, complex claims operation supporting the Victorian WorkCover Scheme. As a senior leader within DXC Claims Management Services, you'll drive consistent, high-quality claims management, return-to-work, customer and compliance outcomes.

You’ll lead teams across claims management, Eligibility, Mobile Case Management, Mental Injury, Impairment Benefits, Legal, Entitlements, Business Performance and Early Intervention.

What You'll Do

Provide senior operational leadership across the operation, turning strategy into measurable outcomes

Drive an outcome-focused culture centred on safe, sustainable return to work and early intervention

Meet DXC's obligations as a Victorian WorkCover agent, performing against contractual and scheme requirements

Lead, coach and develop the claims leadership team and strengthen succession planning
