Department for Education in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Claims Consultant to manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims end-to-end. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills to determine liability and entitlements under the Return to Work Act 2014.

You will oversee recovery, return-to-work, and medical phases, coordinating with injured workers, providers, and legal representatives. This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE, 15-month contract with superannuation and leave loading.

Qualificações

• End-to-end management of workers' compensation claims.
• Experience applying vocational rehabilitation theory is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication in complex claim scenarios.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate claim circumstances and determine liability and entitlements.
• Proactively manage recovery, return to work and medical phases of a claim lifecycle.
• Represent the department in dispute resolution proceedings before the SA Employment Tribunal.
