EML Group in Tweed Heads is seeking a Claims Advisor to support injured workers through the claims process and documentation. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist with case management to promote a timely return to work.

Responsibilities

• Assist workers and employers through the claims process and help complete required documentation.
• Undertake case management to achieve early and sustainable return to work while controlling costs.
• Ensure work is actioned within set timeframes and manage inquiries per policy.
• Collaborate with Injury Management Specialists to provide expert advice and support to customers.
• Record and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions.
