iContracting Pty Ltd is expanding its delivery team to lead a major civil works package in the Pilbara. The role involves overseeing Project Engineers, Superintendents, Site Supervisors and safety and maintenance support teams in a remote mining environment.

You will drive operational performance, foster a strong safety culture and ensure profitable project outcomes while working closely with clients and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in road construction and maintenance.
• Senior Engineering, Project Management, or Superintendent background.
• Strong leadership and team development capability.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Sound knowledge of Mines Safety and Inspection and Work Health & Safety legislation.
• Strong planning and project delivery capability.
• Understanding of safety requirements within a mining environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a major civil works package in the Pilbara.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and profitable project execution.
• Manage Project Engineers, Superintendents, Site Supervisors and support teams.
• Engage closely with clients, site personnel and senior leadership to drive performance.
