Job summary

WB Infrastructure in Sydney, NSW, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of civil water and infrastructure projects from mobilisation through completion. You will work within an established delivery team, supported by a Site Supervisor, Project Engineer and Contract Manager, delivering projects for major water authorities and councils across NSW.

Qualifications

• Experience leading civil construction projects, preferably water or utilities.
• Strong planning, scheduling and delivery tracking abilities.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, engineers and field crews.
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project delivery from mobilisation to completion.
• Coordinate programs, budgets, resources and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Site Supervisor and Project Engineer on documentation.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and material logistics.
• Monitor costs, forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Ensure milestones, KPIs and contractual obligations are met.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain relationships with clients and authorities.
