Job summary

You will manage documentation, schedules, costs and contractual claims while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure safe, efficient and commercially successful project

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in an industrial/mechanical/utilities environment.
• Strong contract administration and commercial management capabilities.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, reporting and claims.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation and document control processes.
• Coordinate QA documentation and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor project costs.
• Manage monthly progress claims and substantiation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor performance.
• Provide contract administration and commercial support.
• Act as primary client contact and liaise with internal teams.
• Develop project programmes and schedules.
