SMEC in Sydney is seeking a Manager – Water Infrastructure to lead the Sydney water business, taking ownership and driving growth across water projects locally and internationally.

The successful candidate will bring Chartered Professional Engineer status, 10+ years of water infrastructure experience, and proven capability in proposals, client relations and team leadership. Flexible work arrangements and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• Chartered Professional Engineer with engineering degree and proven leadership abilities.
• Minim 10 years’ experience in Water Infrastructure within consultancy or similar.
• Experience delivering water infrastructure projects and preparing proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, win and deliver water infrastructure projects.
• Lead and grow the Sydney water team through client relationships and BD activity.
• Manage commercial performance and project delivery quality.
