Aurecon Group is seeking a Lead / Associate Director Civil Engineer to drive planning, design and delivery of major civil infrastructure from concept to construction in Gladstone or Rockhampton. You will lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, build strong client relationships and contribute to Aurecon's growth across Central Queensland while delivering projects that shape communities and regions.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree required.
• Extensive civil infrastructure delivery experience, including TMR projects.
• Strong client relationship management and business development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and mentoring engineers.
• Proven ability to manage delivery, commercial outcomes and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Australian standards and infrastructure delivery frameworks.
• RPEQ registration is essential.
• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
