Job summary

Aurecon in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer for our Mining & Resources team. You will contribute to major infrastructure and asset projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical solutions.

You will lead design of bulk earthworks, drainage, pavement, and geotechnical coordination, support from concept through to construction, and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in civil engineering.
• Ability to translate engineering concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Track record delivering practical, impactful outcomes.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessments and design of bulk earthworks, drainage, pavement and geotechnical coordination and underground services design/coordination.
• Support project delivery from concept, feasibility through to detailed design, construction support and sustainment works.
• Work effectively and communicate well with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges.
• Draw upon strong engineering fundamentals to support the team and our private asset clients with tailored design solutions
