Vinculum Advisory in North Sydney seeks an Experienced or Senior Civil Engineer to join our Water Service Coordination team. You will deliver water and wastewater servicing outcomes for development projects, coordinating with water authorities and guiding strategies from planning through delivery.

You will work with Project Coordinators, Team Leaders and Senior Engineers, taking ownership, working independently, and developing technical, professional and commercial skills in a supportive,

Qualifications

• Proven water infrastructure design experience and able to deliver a full design package from strategic to detailed design (min 5 years).
• Independently prepare Major Works design packages or equivalent with water authorities.
• Site experience in water infrastructure, including CM, supervision or certification.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil3D or 12d.
• Experience mentoring and managing junior staff.
• Deep knowledge of WSAA 02 and 03 codes.
• Able to liaise with authorities and clients independently.
• Strong communication, can-do attitude, entrepreneurial mindset.

• Deliver water and wastewater servicing outcomes for development and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with water authorities to progress approvals and align servicing strategies.
• Support servicing strategies from early planning through to delivery.
