Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Water Servicing Coordinator to support major Sydney Water projects from design through to delivery. The role can be based in Sydney or Wollongong with flexible work arrangements, reporting to the Utilities and WSC lead.

You will coordinate water infrastructure design, liaise with clients, and ensure project milestones are met. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in water servicing coordination, a design background, and experience with Sydney Water policies, AutoCAD, and MS

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Water Servicing Coordinator or similar role.
• Demonstrated design background.
• Experience managing Sydney Water projects.
• Strong knowledge of Sydney Water policies and procedures.
• Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on Sydney Water developer works projects for transport and community development.
• Coordinate design and submissions within timeframes and budgets.
• Engage with clients to design solutions meeting community needs.
• Analyze data to support project goals and milestones.
• Attend client meetings and participate in community consultation.
• Conduct field work and site inspections.
