Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join the Brisbane Urban Development team on large-scale development projects across South East Queensland. The role offers exposure to national projects with a generalist scope in water and transport civil infrastructure.

You will manage projects from feasibility through to construction, lead engineers and drafters, and contribute to proposals, fee estimates and contract negotiations. Strong client liaison skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Washington Accord) is required.
• RPEQ or willingness to obtain status is required.
• Strong project management and client liaison skills across lifecycle.
• Experience in urban development, water and transport infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project management across feasibility to construction administration and certification.
• Lead project teams of engineers, designers and drafters to meet client expectations.
• Prepare high-quality proposal documentation, fee estimation and contracts.
• Review technical reports and designs for compliance with standards.
