Job summary

Egis is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join the Sunshine Coast civil team. You will manage large-scale development projects and contribute across water and transport engineering with a generalist approach.

The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects from feasibility through to construction. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of civil engineering experience in urban development, water and transport sectors, a Civil Engineering degree (Washington Accord), and RPEQ or

Qualifications

7+ years of civil engineering experience in urban development, water and transport engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Washington Accord).
RPEQ certification or willingness to obtain.
Project lifecycle management experience across concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage project lifecycle from feasibility to certification on behalf of clients.
Lead project teams of engineers, designers and drafters to meet client requirements on time and within budget.
Prepare high-quality proposal documentation, cost estimation, methodology development and client liaison.
Review technical deliverables to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
