Aurecon is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead the Roads/Civil discipline for Melbourne Transport. You will deliver major road and transport infrastructure projects across Victoria, coordinating with project managers, design managers, and technical specialists to ensure successful outcomes.

Role focuses on planning through construction, with opportunities to grow your technical and leadership capabilities within a collaborative, global engineering team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Victoria (RPEV) preferred.
• 7–10 years' experience delivering roads/transport/civil projects.
• Experience on Victorian transport/road infrastructure projects.
• Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and growth mindset in transport infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver road and civil infrastructure projects across Victoria.
• Support planning, design and delivery from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project outcomes.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Drive practical and innovative engineering solutions.
• Support project delivery, commercial performance and quality outcomes.
• Contribute to client relationships and proposal opportunities.
• Develop technical, project management or design management capabilities.
